Low end computers?

I have a pretty weak computer, and I'd love to run this, but I can't find any performance settings in-game, so it runs at about 15 fps, drops me in an error world, and then crashes. Any help, or should I just stop putting it off and upgrade already?

i have a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ pc and i run it at 90 fps lol

Lower end computers can have trouble running VRChat. One thing that could help is if you double click the VRChat.exe while holding down control to bring up the settings menu from there you can adjust things such as the resolution and graphics quality. Might help some of you that want to lower settings or change resolution on desktop.

But which is lower: Desktop low or VR low? I need the lowest quality.

i have a bad pc and i can run vrchat at 115 fps sometimes it goes to 156

i am using a AMD HD 5850 and on small servers i get about 40fps but in large ones i get 15-20fps
