error could not load terms of service!! help!!

hey their i wanted to play vrchat but cant seem to play it .. i installed it but when i try to play it gets stuck on the terms of service were i need to accept but i cant beacause a error pops up saying cant load terms of service try agien later can someone help please .... ive tryed to reinstall and does not work

Check if your internet connection is functioning, despite you being able to post this.
If the ToS pops up, are you sure you're accepting it?

it didnt pop up but i allowed the vrchat in the firewall ... but still dosent work pls help
