im standing but....

When i set vrchat to standing play with my headset i seem to sink down in the ground. Then while im standing and click on seated play my character model stands up but the knees are bent. Anyone have a clue to what i can change to fix this? I have an oculus rift s and just set up my play area so i can actually stand while playing. Meaning I set up my guardian system with the floor and correct height.

What fixes that for me is in fact toggling between seated and standing play in the menu while standing straight and same for sitting actually. I normally lean back when sitting on my chair, and if i do not toggle between them to more or less ''reset'' the avatar stance it will look weird.
