Prevent other users imposing screen effects

Is there any way to prevent others from distorting my screen? It looks like warped effects or shaking screens, etc., but it's ruining the game for me as I don't enjoy it as much as the user that is doing it.

Disable shader and animation in the safety setting.

Edit: if you want to still see the shader and animations of other ppl, then hide the person avatar.

i only use avators and voice those were the best choices since peopel are crazy in this game and blockign is very common in the game. Some peopel like to troll but it gets annoying after ahile. aka the so called thot police harrasing people with girl avators.

Ok. I guess I have to disable it globally. Would be nice to be able to turn off other users imposing it as I enjoy seeing sometimes or from a distance, or if its part of the world experience.
