Report a translation problem
If the ticket is closed, open a new one and refer to the original ticket.

Steam Support will only respond to the email account you set up with your Steam account prior to a reported problem regarding loss So if you're trying to take someone else's account you won't get the email. It's a security precaution.
So if you've changed your email account, you may have to get the old one back.
