how to sit

I am using Oculus Rift S. I stand almost all the time while playing. How can people lie down or sit down? if i try sitting down on the floor for example my avatar only crouches. i was many people lying down when for example being in those cinamtic worlds where u can watch movies. i literally couldnt find anything how to sit down.

i am pretty new to this.

World creators can define places to sit when making a world. If you hover your hand over or point at a place you can sit, and then pull the trigger, you'll sit there.

man thats my question, how can i do it? i am using a vrheadset

if the avatar has a sitting animation then you will have to basically lay down irl to get the avatar to lay down of sit in game

They might have full body tracking so when they sit down their avatar sits too, or like the person said above, they might have a custom animation on their avatar.
