SLI For VRChat?
We all know it is impossible to maintain stable 90fps even you have the latest 2080ti graphic card. But how about SLI? Does anyone tried SLI in VRChat? Could 2080ti SLI improve VRChat performance? I heard that SLI doesn't work well for VR games. But did anyone actually tried it?
Thanks!

Obviously they tried it... That's why they say over and over that it doesn't work well. It's something to do with the rendering, i think it doesn't like the split render for each eye and sometimes dysyncs

I play nearly all my VR games under 90 fps without any problems (no motion sickness). The only time it becomes a problem is under 40 fps, but that's only with hardcore games that are not really optimized for VR to start with, like X-Plane 11.

Ok. so I've been researching this topic for a little bit. Nvidia has a program called vrsli that you can use too run your cards together. instead of using the basic Nvidia control panel. it used their dedicated software. or so I've seen. correct me if I'm won't. I'm just a guy on the internet. so the way it works is it will render each eye for each card. so gpu 0 will render the left eye first, then gpu 1 will do the right. this allows for better fps with no tearing or latency issues. i did find this video that seems to explain it better than I can and goes into detain on how it renders the frames. hope this helps. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xaGK_ytNQfc
