vrchat stuck in blue space screen when startup

How do i fix vrchat getting stuck in the blue screen when starting up. It says the "vrchat loading" and then just shows blue screen. after that i gotta wait like over 30 minutes for the login to pop up. When that finally happends it wont let me login. Please tell me how to fix. Thank you

Ive tried both things already which have not worked. ive also asked on the community but nothing so far has helped.

Ive managed to let it load so im now in my starter world thingy. But when i try to see other worlds it takes ages to load. same with my avatars and my friends in the social tab

Oh, do you have disk space? If you dont have disk space, it could be messing up your game files.

Try to disable your IPv6 - that worked for me with the loading stuff
