How to trigger custom animations?

because the other people could have safety settings making you not being able to show some stuff cause they blocked it

Many block animations and sounds from avatars, due to some avatars having disturbing noises and horrible screen-space shaders on them.
Both of which can be quite uncomfortable to experience in VR.
