Its all about the internet speed and "time limit" before timeout.
When you exploring new world, a map data is needed, that "loading" progress were actually your download progress (you can see it from TaskManager > VRChat Network usage data).
Right after done with loading, moment you enter it, the system will need you to download All Players Model on that current map room. This what causes timeout, because the time limit before timeout is less than 10 seconds, its like saying you need to download 5 games at the same time, with time less a minute.
My suggestion is to find a room less than 10 players inside it.

Must be a recent problem, because I was able to play a few months ago. Now I wanted to return in the game and I always get disconnected. I hope they'll fix this, why should I load everything in 10 seconds???
