Question about hardware for Closing Eyes & Eye Tracking

I have played VRchat twice in desktop mode and about to buy Vive for derping around, but I need some help, If I do a customized avatar, can I close eyes in game or use eye tracking just with Vive? I have to buy aditional hardware? like, tobii glasses or Tobii VR pro?
I just want Vive to smile at people with closed eyes or using eye tracking to stalk friends >____< ... I really apreciate your help, have fun VR players!

No VRChat does not support that.

You can make custom avatars with animations that activate with hand gestures. I have open hand set so that I close my eyes and smile when I wave at people. Or when I hold up 2 fingers, I wink and stick my tongue out. There isn't real eye tracking support because that's not implemented in any consumer headsets yet. There is "eye tracking" where your avatar will look where it thinks your looking based on movement though
