How can I make my world public?

I'm trying to get a start up to my Karaoke map but every time I publish it, it's marked as "Unlisted" I occasionally invite people to give feedback but it's impossible to join the same lobby if I accidentally leave while everyone is having fun with the current playlist.

Can I create my own world?
Yes, using our Unity SDK you can create your own world. It will start off as a private world, meaning you can only bring people in by opening up a portal or through inviting friends. Once you are ready to make the room public, send an email to [e-mail] with the subject “VRPill Make Me Public” and VRPill will get back to you to arrange a time/date to check your world for performance/bugs before making it public.

I've been told the way to publish worlds has changed, but this is the official answer from VRChat.
