VRChat Website Login Using a Steam Acc?

I want to download SDK from the VRChat website but I can't seem to login because I created my account using Steam. I've tried using my email too but that doesn't seem to work also. Is there any possible way to login to VRChat website using a Steam acount?

I have been having this problem as well- except I have been trying to also use completely unrelated emails and usernames and it still says that "401 But you just created an account!" Since I registered with steam, I didn't receive a confirmation email either. I don't know if VRChat is simply just down today or what in the world is going on.

Check your junk mail for the verification of that account.
(these emails usually don't go to your phone app, so login with your browser to check junk/spam)

Already did. All three of my emails and there's nothing.

Nothing seems to work for me but thanks for the help. If there's any future resolutions to fix this problem, I would like to know it in this discussion or something.

The same thing is happening to me. I sent them an email to the dev about it. Will keep you updated.

Tried setting up an account today through steam AND VRchat, but nothing works. Never got a verification email on the first attempt, and all subsequent attempts failed to even get to the "sent a verification email" step.

I tried logging in through the VR app, through their website, nothing working.

I even opened a private browser window (to avoid previous failed login detection) to create a brand new account - with a new username and new email, but I got the same "but you just created an account" message. Which makes no sense at all. I honestly don't know how anyone has ever gotten into this app successfully.

I went to the website on my phone while i was on LTE, i made my account and i was able to log in to the website and to VRChat with that account the minute after. After you log in you can easily get the SDK download. Easy as pie! Make sure youre on LTE!!!!!

hey i got the problem you allready made an acount. i ended up fixing it by using my mobile phone's data to go make a VRChat account. you should be be able to get the verication email by using that soulution

Tried using the above suggestions, but instead of a phone, I used an iPod and created an account with the safari browser, which worked.

After successfully creating the account on my iPod, I tried to log in and couldn't. So I went to my email on the PC and verified it.
I then ran the game and tried to log in using the VRChat option, and got the "Could not log in / invalid credentials" message.
I then tried to log in using my steam account. That worked.
Good luck to all who are having this trouble.

PS: When the game finally ran, it glitched like Vanellope Von Schweets. Good luck!

have you tried merging your account into a VR-Chat account[help.vrchat.com]?
