Both the vr headset and your main screen need to been plugged on your graphic card; you can't have your headset on the graphic card and your screen on the integrated graphic card for example.

Nothing. The GTX 1060 is enough if I'm not mistaken for the Oculus Rift. Like I said, as long that you plug the headset AND the pc monitor on the card, you should be fine (except if both need the HDMI port and you have only one slot like in your case). In that situation, you might need an adapter Displayport-to-HDMI or something like that; don't go buy a new graphic card just for that lol.
Make sure you buy the right adapter though; it's need to be the hdmi cable that go in the adapter and the other side need to be displayport.

And btw... I understand what you mean by "no i use computer" but what you mean is tower since there is litterally only laptop or tower that exist (or at least for the commun ppl).

Both the headset and the pc screen are plugged on the Graphic card? The ports for both should be next to eachother
