Next, launch VRC in desktop mode, hold SHIFT when launching to bring up the unity options window, set the quality to 'vrlow', this doesn't make any visible difference to quality, but boosts fps a bit.
Finally, since you're on NVIDIA, open NVIDIA Control Panel, Manage 3D Settings, click the Add button, add VRC's exe and scroll down the options until you find 'virtual reality pre-rendered frames', set it to 1.
Your rig is pretty similar to mine and I tend to sit around 45 fps with a mirror turned on in medium populated worlds, down to 30 when more people join. If you're getting less than that, check to see if there are other programs you can close to free up CPU/RAM usage.
