ERROR Could not log in - forbidden

I was playing vrchat for hours and I just got the game today and when I got off I went back on to make sure everything was saved and in my attempt to log in a bubble popped up that said “ERROR could not log in - forbidden” does anyone know what this means and how to fix it?

If you're getting "Forbidden" on login, try going to https://vrchat.com/home, logging in, and changing your password.
