NieR Automata Flowers Puzzle

There is an underlying puzzle to the Flowers world, accessed by first activating the Easter Egg song.
Any help from the community deciphering the clues currently found would be an enormous help.

First Clue: There is a small "map" within a box in the hut, activated by playing with the flowers, I believe this map doubles as a clue as it also appears to be a Z or a 2 with a single dot under and to the right. (not counting the "you are here" icon.)

Second Clue: There is a strange black pyramid that glows when you touch it, and tucked away in a bottom corner is a distinct 0 with two dots under and to the right. This is unmistakably a 0 and not an O for it has a dot in the center of it, as all 0's within VRC searching do.

Third Clue: a commonly missed one, as people who open the treasure chest are simply disappointed with it being "empty", though there is actually a 3 with three dots under and to the right, as with the others, in a corner of one of the chest's sides.

Fourth Clue: There is an out of place VHS tape lying atop the boxes in the hut, on this tape are two items of interest. One is the title, which says ID with an eyeball over the top. This corresponds with the symbol found on both the key and the right side of the hut. Two is what appears to be binary on the side, consisting of 01010000

Extra notes: It appears there may be something to the direction the eyeballs on the key and hut are facing, as they roughly point to a section of the hut wall that is perfect to look through while prone, though nothing has yet been found. It would make sense if it was a code to another world, or the like, since not only is the 0 defined in the same way as when searching for worlds, but the eye itself could mean an ID "search" (by no means is this a proven fact, just a hypothesis on my part)

That about sums up the collected clues that we have found, lets see if we can solve this mystery as a community!

I dont know if thats important but i found another Zero that i havent found on any discussion about this on this map. I dont know if it is relevant but id like to show it to you if you are still interested.

Idk what I press, I think i pressed the flowers according to the alphabet "Z" and the . beside "Z" as the finishing point (green->purple->yellow->blue) and it seems to have activated something on the secret painting. The bottom of the painting there is 2 clickable buttons, but idk what is it for. At the moment, these are the clues.

Edit: right button is extra lighting? its kinda weird
