Ultra Instinct Shaoby (Scooby head Shaggy body)

So my favourite avatar and what got me to be a 'prominent' character in UberHaxorNova's VRChat streams was the Ultra Instinct Shaoby avatar. I used to get it from Lyxir's Avatar World but he's recently shut it down and I'm heartbroken.

Does anyone know if Lyxir made this himself and if it's available ANYWHERE else?
