that doesnt just randomly happen, either unity was uninstalled or some one changed the file association. easy way is to just reinstall unity. hard way is to re-associate unity with *.unitypackage files. id do the reinstall unity thing but just in case you would like to know how to change file associations heres an article (im lazy, and it has pictures) https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-change-file-associations-in-windows-2624477
