My avatar activates my toggles every single time i touch a button

Its like the title says if i have a sword toggle out in my hand it has sound connected to the toggle animation every single time i touch a button on my controller the sound effect replays. Weirder part of this is this doesnt happen in the default vr chat homeworld only other worlds. Even weirder if i reset my avatar it fixes the issue but I have to do that every single time. Any solutions????????
