So my avatar that I've uploaded goes into the ground while doing any animation!
I don't really know what is happening, so if someone could answer that would be nice. I'm using unity if that helps.

Move the animation up in your 3D modeling program

Could you elaborate please?

I'm going to assume you made your avatar in Blender, but this should work for other programs. Edit the animation so that your avatar sits on top of the grid floor instead of halfway inside it.

The model is already on the grid floor, not inside it. And i don't know how to "move the animation".

Alright. In Unity, select your model and look at the import settings in the inspector. Go to the Animation tab, and select a clip. Scroll down until you find a section called Root Transform Position (Y) and Root Transform Position (XZ). There should be a dropdown titled Based Upon. Select Original there.

I did what you said and it did nothing. I also used a empty game object for the animator with this and it did nothing as well.
