How do you import custom Avatars

I recently paid someone to make me a Homelander character for this game.
He made it in Blender, my problem is, how do I get Blender into VRChat?
(How do I get this model imported into VRChat or even Unity then to VRChat?)

I honestly have no clue how to do these things lmfao, I need help

This doesn't help at all, sorry.
I have no idea how to even use Blender or Unity. Most of the videos are either a year later or 3 to 5 years later. There was one with 3 months but even that didn't help.

I honestly just want to play as this model without any problems but VRChat has made it quite difficult for people like me to work around it.
