Weird body shift when movement stops
So I've recently started importing and uploading my own avatars to VRChat and I've noticed something about them that I haven't seen with other avatars. When I'm using one of my avatars and I stop moving in the game, it's like the model's body shifts forward slightly. I can't really tell exactly what's going on as the only perspective I have is looking in the mirror. I searched Google for answers to no avail. I'm kinda new to this and I really want to fix this, so I'd appreciate any help. Thank you!

More than likely, those are dynamic bones. These are applied to your hair, or loose-hanging clothing like skirts, or certain other things you might want to move or jiggle on your avatar. Mainly, the abrupt stop your avatar makes when you quit walking causes them to remain in motion and then jerk back into place. Tweaks can be made to the dynamic bones settings in Unity to reduce or eliminate this effect, but unless the settings are way off, you get used to it pretty quickly.
