How u put images on avatar

Like sprites or something i tried but it didnt work and it says The following component types are found on the Avatar and will be removed by the client: Canvas, CanvasScaler, GarphicRaycaster, CanvasRenderer, Test, SpriteRenderer

Ive seen some people with tank avatars that have a lot of sprites, so i wanna make mine too how i do that? what i need to change (here how it looks in unity https://i.imgur.com/gngEVyd.jpg)

First of all it is not allowed to have these kind of images in the game, atleast in public rooms, it might end with a ban for you.
Second: sprites are possible just google some tutorials.
