What problems are you having with the model?
You can't see the avatar in Unity or in VRChat? Is the model invisible in-game? Or does it have a red-hologram figure when you look at it in the Avatar portion of your game?
Have you logged in on VRChat as the account you've uploaded with? Not as your Steam or an alternate account?
In VRChat, open up settings and near the bottom, should be a button to log you out.
Alright, so that means it's an *illegal* avatar, I don't believe you would upload a bad avatar (most people with this issue I've seen don't), but this is caused by a few things. If you want to just say "screw it", you can just delete the model and re-try till it works.
If you have too many dynamic bones, you need to remove some. If it violates any rules (or you left any needed tick-boxes unchecked when unloading, dunno how that works), it'll show up as red. If it's scaled too large, it won't work, so always make sure that you've gone in and used the default avatar uploader scene (blue man and plane).
Not in Unity at the moment, but if you go to the top and go to the VRSDK dropdown, it should say something similar to "Manage Uploaded Content", it'll have two options; Copy ID (which is needed for pedestals and things) and Delete.
