Problem importing mmd model from Unity
"Avatar is humanoid but feet aren't Specified."

"Avatar is humanoid but upper arms aren't specified"

"Humanoid avatar must have head, hand, and feet bones specified"

I got those errors after finally fixing another error that says something was wrong the spine. What I did was entered in neck in the configuration. Now that it's fix these came up.

I highly suggest using the CATs add-on for blender to fix your MMD models. One button and it removes all the unnecessary bones and rigs the model perfect for vrchat. It even sets it up with eye movements on some models. It will make everything much easier

That sounds like exactly what the error says, you didn't specify feet, arms, or it seems like really anything else.

I got it working by unchecking "Optimize Game Object"
