Anyone have good websites for avatars?

I've been having trouble finding an avatar that I am satisfied with and want to upload to VRchat. I was looking for a Shy Guy or a "Mr Game and Watch" character, but the ones I've been finding either don't have bones, some bones may be missing, or the character is too big or too small.
