How long do I have to play VR chat with my VR Chat acc until I can upload custom avatars?

So I played a little Vr Chat with my steam acc, and decided i wanted a fully custom avatar... I learned how to make one with fuse and unity and created an vr chat acc to get the sdk.

Now that I'm done it tells me that I cant upload it bc I havn't spend enough time in the game.

How long do I have to play the game until I can upload my avatars? Is there a way around it?

There's no way around it. You need to play on the vrchat account and the system will figure if you're good to upload if it thinks you aren't harassing people. It's usually between 10-20 hours of play time from when the account was created.

You can afk, but it might take a little bit longer because it knows you're just afk. It's looking for active play time.
