Blender Cats addon viseme error

If anyone uses the cats addon I have this weird problem where I can't create visemes for the mouth movement. After I decimate I can't click on the create visemes button, it is greyed out. Any way to fix this or is there an order of operation I need to follow to make it work? The meshes are all joined and the body is selected so I don't really have any options that I am aware of. Any tips or possible fixes would be apreciated, Thanks.

Only specific models have Vismemes or already if you didn't do fix models then you need to do that, but before you make any decimation I recommend to either manually remove in edit mode or do custom decimation and keep the vismeme shape keys

Yeah I think that's where I messed up since I decimated the face. After I started from scratch I could do the visemes before decimation then just join all the face meshes and not decimate them. I just wish there was a way to fix that so I didn't have to restart. Thanks for your imput.
