Avatar in t-pose in game
Had a working avatar then got dynamic bones for Unity. Added physics to tail, ears, etc (plus a few other teaks) but now the avatar seems to be stuck in t-pose when I use it in VRchat. Don't recall changing anything major. Searched the Net but only came up with other ppl with similar issue but no fixes (tried toggling force t-pose but it did nothing).
Was just wondering if anyone had any ideas before I re-import & start from scratch.

You have probably forget to rig it in unity. Click on the avatar file below in unity. On the right you see "rig" change it to humanoids. Configure it. Apply and done. Bring the character back into the scene and it's ready to go. I usually take sample pose and move the arms and stuff. Force t pose isn't a good thing. Unless you want a character with broken fingers.
