Pre rigged avatars
Anyone know a place were can i get full rigged avatars with skins ?

There are many in the Unity Asset Store: https://www.assetstore.unity3d.com/en/#!/search/page=1/sortby=popularity/query=category:7.

Look for "low" poly ones. They need to have < 20,000 triangles to work with VRChat.

vrcmods.com that has free pre rigged models for vrchat and it says if its not rigged or is kinda rigged, also it has animation packs with shader packs too it tells u the directions so yeah
