I am having the same problem, my sdk , unity is the last versions, i deleted avatars who i dont use anymore, what can i do? please ;-;
I'm in the same boat. I have the right version of unity and the latest SDK, unchecked future proofing, and tried reinstalling everying -- but nothing worked.
The worst part is that I had the model in-game with no problems for a good couple hours, but then it broke and trying to get into my avatar menu would crash the game. I thought I'd try to re-upload it but then I got hit with the 404 when trying to upload.

Now the avatar won't show up in-game even if the upload completes. Very frustrating.
EDIT: I was able to get the avatar back into the game by detaching the blueprint ID under the pipeline manager component, but it still crashes my game whenever I try to load it.
