delete multiple friends at once

we really need a batter way to remove friends, sometimes i need to clear my friends list out and doing it one by one is not doing it justice. having to expand the offline section 1000 times is not helpful in the slightest. would it be too much trouble to get a select button so we can select multiple people at once and give it simple functions like delete or invite. unless anyone else can tell me a way to do this faster. ill get back to "unfriending" people for the next 5 hours.
