Writing with fingers

Does anyone have information/instructions/videos regarding making your avatar be able to draw with their finger? Tried looking up Pen writing, finger writing, finger drawing, pen fingers. There doesn't seem to be much information on this, but I've seen people doing it.

Okay, so are you referring to people using a VR headset? They have the option to use whatever fingers to draw.

Default keyboard and mouse users have to use their whole hand to draw.
