VRCX by definition is not really against TOS. It's more just a VRChat website as an app. So by technicality, all things you're able to do inside VRCX you can do on the website as well. Just that VRCX makes things little more organized and easier.
Also yes, you *can* see account creation dates, of not just yourself, but any user out there, by simply clicking on their profile.
it's usage of the "VRChat API" Pretty much just means the same, as stated above - with it being pretty much the VRChat Website but "better". You're not able to see things with VRCX, that VRChat itself doesn't want you to see.
As for Third party stuff on VR Headsets - This has nothing to do with VRCX, but assuming, those allegations of the advantages are true, then those would be against the TOS. But again, this has nothing to do with VRCX
