Bans and Ban Appeals Are A Joke

One of my friends told me they got banned from VRChat. They said it was for harassment, but they were never given proof to justify the ban. Meanwhile, you have people who either legit break TOS, laws, or are just simply being absolutely toxic by kicking random people from lobbies, and they never get banned. Devs, wtf? Saying this is unacceptable would be an understatement, because you're banning the wrong players. I'm disgusted, and you should be ashamed

if you want to ban someone for something they did you have to mediate in California and go to court in California because the support does not exist Even in a case of serious crimes that are considered criminal the Police is not able to prosecute because VRChat is not obliged to cooperate Term OF Service the police told me that there are mothers and fathers that I can't even pursue sexual maniacs on a fake acaunts crimes are done whit a VISITOR ACAUNT!!!
guys I've been digging for evidence I'm spilling every pebble in the VRChat garden I'm going legal I will then make a copy and send to all the interested entities who will be happy to fine this company millions and millions of dollars. Because this is the only legal course of action possible when you receive crimes on VRChat

Nobody has to be a "super-villain" all they have to do is upset the wrong person in power

I've been banned before and then unbanned because the first person in power was bias and using their emotions and the second went actually by the rules of service

There's too many people in power that have their own agenda, their bias, and a dislike of people other then they are and abuse their power

This isn't anything new or uncommon
