How does that work when the person in question blocked you first, without YOU having DONE ANYTHING, without you being even aware of this person's existence, then when you want to put a media since nobody is using the screen, it suddenly turns itself off EVERYTIME you do it or reset the video, and the only thing you have is a name but no one in the lobby called like that because the person blocked you and thus you cannot do anything about it.

This girl spent 3 hours staying next to the screen invisible to me just to turn it off every single time I tried to use it, remember that she blocked me without any prior interaction, so there was no negociation either, it was specifically targeted on me to annoy me.

Me and some guys wanted to put some music and guess what? She turned it off again! And she did again and again, the people I was with were kinda new to VRChat too, so they didn't understand why it didn't work and decided to left.

This girl literally ruined a three hour session and I didn't even get the chance to report her after managing to find a glitch allowing me to see her so that I can report her.

Because I didn't know it was targeted, like I said I LITERALLY wasn't even aware of who this girl was nor why she was cutting the medias constantly.

I just wanted to chill a little, last time I've checked it shouldn't be me being punished for somebody trolling me. (Even if you clearly take side for the troll in that context, just so that you do not have to put in question the "non-report system for visitors".)

False. Trolls hop on VRC to cause trouble all of the time, and it's nothing new.
I believe Visitors are even muted by default in the safety settings.

It's insane how insane this society has become, can't even go on socials anymore cause u'll be witch hunted by people that share the same isolated braincell.

On the good side I don't have to deal with these guys any longer, but on the bad side, unlike what TV says, the majority of our specie ain't that smart, which means I'll quickly run out of people to meet if they all block me because I put some music in a lobby.

You enter public instances, filled with most likely bunch of random people, with music blasting which make it clear where the problem is. If their behavior is bothering you then move to other instances or make private session of your own, OR just stop being menace, don't pretend you have zero option.

I am absolutely concerned of your intention now. Glitch? Really? As far as I know we can track user we recently play with on the home screen menu. Just click the said user and then write down the report. No need to go into matrix like that.
