incase anyone is looking for facial tracking on desktop i have figured it out with help from some vrc face tracking devs

if you download vrcfacetracking and the Ifacialmocap module and connect both ifacialmocap and nvidia broadcast to the ifacialmocap app (yes its confusing) you should be able to make any webcam able to provide you with facetracking weither your on desktop or something else, keep in mind nvidia broadcast must be running in the background and not actually open for it to properly connect to ifacialmocap, and it will likely take you a few hours to figure out how to properly connect the 3 apps to eachother, it took me 4 hours to get it working, just keep messing with the settings and you will figure it out eventually.

there are advantages to desktop facetracking over the usual facetracking you can get with certain headsets, because facetracking that comes with headsets have the camera right at your face its sometimes harder to get things accurate, you can also mess with your friends by placing your hand between your face and camera it will make your face have a stroke. lots of fun to be had
