This game is literally full of NPC's

Every public instance I've joined since the past few days it's either a bunch of annoying ass kids that earrape the mic or an entire instance that are just mirror dwellers which either are mutes or some idiots playing music through their microphone with some bluetooth speaker or their phone on max volume, people that ignore you when you try to join in on their convo or whatever and then they start to act like you don't exist.
Even if I join PC only worlds I still get the same problem and nowadays it's rare to find people that actually CHAT in a game that's called VRCHAT but now for most people it's just VR stare at the mirror and not talk to people around you and instead play some god awful music through like I said a bluetooth speaker or a phone on full volume instead of a soundboard.

easy, mute the voice of the whole visitor rank as a whole because most children dont have access to a computer to get their rank higher. that should eliminate 90% of your problems

I think it depends on which worlds you go to.
Try worlds that are in your interests.
Also try certain game worlds and I find drinking worlds tend to have some chatty people and rarely any kiddos.
And yeah Mirror people might not be the the chattiest.

Game worlds are fun when people are actually playing the game instead of mirror dwelling. Like tf is the whole point of joining a game world only to just to stare at a mirror? Not only that there are a bunch of unfunny trolls and toxic griefers in these game worlds which in most cases are some stupid children. For example, I play ghost or whatever that game world is called and idiotic quest children will target me. In among us game world I get voted out even if I literally gave evidence this person was the impostor. VRC wasn't like this when I first played it a year ago ._.

Well, a vast majority of the players are sitting in front of mirrors. A few are mutes. Some are the ones you've mentioned. But it depends. When I'm on a good visited German world world where I'm sometimes on, there are all these people too. Sometimes worse.

But also there are other people. Like me. I'm often sitting in front of a mirror too. But I like to talk to new people very much. And I even have direct eye contact, instead of through the mirror, as it often happens when conversate with the people.

If you experience stuff like that, you're just visiting the wrong worlds, respectively you're just unlucky. :)

Oh cool, you didn't read OP's post. VRC is mostly staring at mirrors, this is especially true when it comes to certain fandoms.

The fact that there was one time I was at a random black cat instance and some kid at the age of 9 was bragging about how he's "desensitized" to gore/shock videos and i'm like tf when I was your age I was playing spongebob games on the PS2 not going on the internet and getting exposed to stuff like that.

If the OP and others don't want to hang out with people at mirrors, noones making them xD. If you can't find anyone who isn't a mirror dweller in a world, then either that's a you problem, and you should find other worlds, or its a you problem, and you should play another game. You won't solve anything by getting worked up over it, though.

This is kinda facts though. I myself am trying to become more talkative in VrC because i really enjoy playing it. Haven't run into any kids or music blasters, thankfully, but i'm just trying to have fun and do what i need to to meet new people

I think it's almost the same a year ago.
Just find your crowd and friends among those people. Can't just go up to mirror people and expect a full chat with them. There's alot of worlds and games to explore and meet other people. Then you find someone then hang out with them, then their friends become your friends and so on and so on.
Sure there's alot of mirror people but there's a lot of non mirror people and in between. Just go find them. If that don't work maybe it's how you're approaching people.
