Streaming Questions
I am testing out different stuff to stream, but have a few questions.

First: Does anyone have advice to avoid "gangs" that just hack into your world and crash it? It especially causes issues because sometimes they play offensive audio which means I cannot publish the VOD since I am not partnered and cannot upload edited videos.

Second: Should I capture gameplay with window capture or OVR capture? I am going to try with window so that I can use the stream camera and I am hoping it smooths out footage a bit, but I am not sure what may be better, so I am curious what some others are doing out there. I have been using StreamLabs but I am also going to try NVIDIA Shadowplay to see if I can improve PC performance with it, as I have seen it helps by allocating processes between the CPU and GPU differently, which would be nice since VRC is so CPU intensive.

Thanks guys!

Most people would say to go into private worlds in order to have no issues with the groups who go around and mess with streamers, I would say that is helpful but it isn't really fun to do.

I have had issues with them in the past, a lot of nsfw images/avatars had been used on my stream when they know you're streaming, the N word tossed out left and right plus other things.

With Twitch recently I found there is a way to edit the vids tho some times it is annoying to do, tho a few people have been in other games that stream complaining about being banned for some of the actions and things going on within stream from groups like this.

To stream in VR my self I use OpenVRCapture on my OBS, you can mess with the settings to get it right, tho this is only for VR, I would suggest checking out to see what settings you like, it will only capture from one eye, I use the right eye option.

Performance really just depends on the PC you've got, the worlds you visit and the avatars people wear, some times you can have good streams without issues, tho some times you might end up getting a whole lot of stuttering since most maps/worlds are not optimized and or people have avatars that tend to go over spec.

To make a "webcam" setup for your avatar, use game capture, then on the stream cam in game put a green screen if you like, depending on how you have the cam in game you might need to flip your cam on your stream program and or flip the stream cam in game.

*Added* I would suggest using NVENC encoder as well if you happen to have Nvidia since it is better then taxing your CPU, tho it also will depend on what gpu you've got from them, some times the cpu might be better, tho VRC is cpu intensive.
