i'm not, i just think dickriding is annoying, and while i do hate VRChat, i still play it for the amusement of how chaotic it is
that's what i meant by you making up your mind
I'm not sure why it's so hard for some people to understand that:
IF it wasn't for malicious mods and tools breaking other players experiences and compromising privacy in one shape or another - there wouldn't bee a need for EAC.
EAC isn't added to prevent you from having a join notifier or a Mirror mod (or other, client side - non malicious mods).
It's to prevent, and i stress, "Those whom it may concern" from harming other players and their experiences.
If you are a person who sits in a Private world with your homies, safe, good for you. That isn't everyone. I've been in many worlds where someone will join and crash the entire room "Just because" or bother/rip/steal/manipulate other peoples models.
People use vacuum arguments all the time "I dont do bad things" I believe you. But there are those who do. And those caused a Application wide penalty system AKA EAC to occur.
VRC said they didnt want you to mod in the first place, this is dumb.
But the action to punish those with malicious intent at the cost of those who do no harm? Yeah I'm ok with that.
