any way to get facial tracking on desktop using a webcam

I use this https://github.com/benaclejames/VRCFaceTracking + livelink module with the free iphone app live link face, if you have android there are other modules like meowfacetracking module for the meow face tracking android app. You need a compatible avatar, most people use this one i sent you with their avatars.

i have a webcam im not looking for a app on a phone, and meowfacetracking doesnt exist anymore on android

meowfacetracking no longer exists

nvidia broadcast+ifacialmocap+vrcfacetracking works i figured out but it requires alot of ram
