Cannot run VrChat without it blue screening.
As the Title says when I launch VrChat on my new PC it Blue Screens and gives me the stop code: UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP and I don't know how to fix it. The game runs on my old PC and Laptop but not on my New PC. How can I try to resolve this issue?

There may be some corrupted game files, try verifying the files.

If that doesn't work, report the issue to VRChat through something like their zendesk and do a fresh install of VRChat [deleting all VRChat files from your computer.]

I tried verifying and it says "all 623 files successfully validated" so it is something else I guess. I reinstalled 3 times yesterday. Where can I find their zendesk?

It has gotten worse and now my Laptop is blue screening after running the game for an hour. It cant start or run the game without the same crash. How is this happening?

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/debugger/bug-check-0x7f--unexpected-kernel-mode-trap

you will have to go into event viewer and filter by bugcheck reports and see what it matches on the provided chart. check the bugcheck error against this list and act accordingly as per the listed instructions.
also if any changes were recently made to the device's hardware, revert those changes if possible and see if the bsod persists. the pc also may have came with bad drivers so make sure to update them from the manufacture's website as well as update windows.

Verify game cache
Verify GPU drivers are up to date
Is this the only game that is causing the blue screen error?
Do you have an Intel CPU? 13 or 14 gen?

According to a quick google search, this error is mainly related to either failing hardware being pushed, or overclocked hardware, now being able to handle it.

Best thing you can do is getting WhoCrashed and have it read out your minidump file, it will give more information about the cause of the BSOD.

State your specs. You can use a free program like Speccy if you don't know.

My best guess is that your specs are insufficient and your laptop is overheating.

My specs are
New PC that works with all other games I have and workstation software:
AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 8-Core with 32 GB Ram andNVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Super

Laptop that works with most other games and workstation software but not great at Ultra Graphics Games without rollplaying as a jet engine and lagging a bit:
13th Gen Intel I9-13900H with 48 Gb of Ram and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Laptop GPU

My old PC which runs it somehow and doesn't even load some newer games, SteamVr, or fluid simulations because old:
Intel Core i7 with 16GB Memory and NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti

All have been updated on Geforce Experience to latest, I run a Quest 2 through SteamVr which works with all other vr games I have tried (Warthunder, DCS, Zero Caliber, Elite Dangerous, and Minecraft Vive). I also tried running VrChat on non vr mode which also crashed my whole system on New PC and now on Laptop as well.

also New PC is Windows 11, Laptop and old PC are Windows 10

when does it crash? on launch or whenever you join an instance? is the instance public or is it private? you may have forgotten to configure safety settings on the new device if it is the former. if it is just vrchat that crashes and nothing else I suspect it might be that unless you blue screen when launching vrchat.

Something to keep in mind is that laptops are not as standardised as desktops (making incompatibilities more common), and also overheat very easily.

VRChat is a lot more demanding that other VR games as the community content is not professionally optimised (and often not optimised whatsoever).

If you get past the launch issue, use these settings with "Max Avatar Download Size" reduced to 100MB: https://github.com/shugy0/max-vrchat-fps

The moment the startup page reaches 100% on the New PC and Laptop it BSOD. I tried to go through the steps that VrChat recommends but when searching %AppData%/../LocalLow/VRChat/vrchat/ on Windows Explorer like they say it says no items match your search. Also running start_protected_game and Launch both result in the same BSOD.

"New PC that works with all other games" null point x 2

"workstation software" x 2 on none functional pc's, not on functional pc. by "workstation software" do you mean some company required kernal level stuff? if yes, eac is also kernal level stuff

"when searching %AppData%/../LocalLow/VRChat/vrchat/ on Windows Explorer like they say it says no items match your search"

have you disabled hidden folders in view of file explorer?
