So me and my gf keep going to black out in vr chat as it one of the few games we really like and we normally go the group public so we don’t have to deal with to much as I’m autistic and can get overwhelmed but we just be chilling and we keep getting kick for no reason as we would be doing our own thing and I have no idea what’s going on I also keep checking the rules for these groups we randomly join and we’re not breaking any rules

"just chillin" tends to mean the opposite, maybe avatar? (as in, flashy bits or other annoying effects) or if you have that annoying magic chat box bilboard.

Do you have a chuddy profile, pfp, status, or avatar? Like slurs or bigotry? Maybe your profile is aggressively mean or lewd?

I will automatically kick, block, and report anyone with hate speech in their profile.

OTOH, it could just be random noise. VRC publics are chaos, sometimes in the best ways, and sometimes in the worst ways.

Have you tried making a gaming group and open your own Group/Group+/Group Public instances. You will have moderation control and you can populate your world with like minded people.

Highly disagree... People will kick you for various reasons that are against TOS - Community Guidelines. For example being in a furry avatar, wearing an eboy/egirl, or wearing any legitimate and allowed avatar obeying TOS/performance standards, not using Voice Chat, Not stating your legal age or providing identifiable information like an I.D. to random strangers on the Internet to get into an "18+" world.

"Sexist, racist, hateful, harassing or discriminatory language, behavior, iconography, groups, or content is never permitted in any form. We do not tolerate intolerance" - (I'll be the first to say VRCStaff sucks at moderation and preventing abusive content unfortunately)

Just chilling would generally be defined -IMO- as relaxing, staying by oneself, observing, and communicating in a respectful manner.

And I have been kicked from various instances - Maybe 5-10 times in the past year on VRChat for doing absolutely nothing wrong.

I also have mainly been kicked for wearing a furry avatar by people who just hate furry avatars.

I highly recommend joining a world that is public so only the instance owner can kick or a vote kick is required. I think maybe like 90 percent of the time someone kicks me it's in a group world.

Unfortunately it is THOSE type of people who are usually unfairly kicking you from an instance.

I advise people just join public worlds. They usually seem less toxic in my opinion.

We legit have people in a bar instance group that only permit those of 18+ (which i have issues with) - usually to join.. but in the same context.. we have those who are part of said group who do not like people who drink as in the attitude is just too loud and obnoxious apparently.. no dancing in non designated spots and so fourth.. thats absolutely the way it is, think it depends on the group overall, thats always an issue with groups when it comes to rules defined as.

Those rules are only applicable when it comes to the group which was created based on said context.. and yet its a bar, its made for people who are drunk for the most part.. when you start setting up rules and yet you are promoting your group instance as a bar of all things.. i mean.. i dont even need to say anymore than this do i? honestly..

1. Use an Alt account to prevent people know is you
2. Create your own group/private instances
3. As previously said, join only in public instances

Vrchat is really annoying when comes to that point, ***PUBLIC*** group instances should not be able to kick someone, and even so banning someone from the group who were never in the group,

I **REALLY** understand what u r saying man, every time i join on My Country Public Group instances i get kicked instantly, even if i know the owner or the moderator,

vrchat should take this issue of instances moderation more seriously, as well as the blocking and muting system, like, it doesn't make any sense, for me to be able to block a person without even having chatted or spoken to them, it's simply very flawed, It's obvious that vrchat no longer cares about their community, and they've become a company that only cares about the money, and that's very sad if it's not tragic, see for yourself, there's no way of knowing if someone is opening a vote kick in you, and you can't do anything, because when someone blocks you, only they can see you in that instance, not you.

whoever has more influence wins, and whoever has less loses, there's nothing to do

simple as that, also i made a feedback about that type of cases on the vrchat feedback

I got kicked by a group owner that want told me that no kid was allowed there the person want to know if I'm and adult, so I answered polite that yes I am an adult, I am 18+ and the person should be able to hear on my voice that I telling the true

Then this person made it personally and wanted to know the exact age, which I don't understand why but since I'm and adult as it required then I try to make the person leave it there but then the person said, for that I will kick you and I got kicked

But I have been kicked many times on public server as well for not violet any rules with my behaviour or avatar

I'm sure this abuse can be redused a lot if the developers put a cool down for all users and have suggested it on VRchat website in their feedback, hope other will vote for my suggestion so it will be at least considered or better that it will be done to nerf the abuse
