I agree. There will be no personal life. No privacy. It's sad because I live in this world. There's a lot I want to discuss with my friends, but now I have to filter what I say. Even in the private world. (Sorry for my English, it's not my native language)

Unless you're breaking TOS and get reported you're probably fine.

And for people who are breaking TOS and even if they do get reported, they probably won't have action taken against them (I've heard and seen trolls who have been reported with proof and nothing was done about it)

If you're following TOS, you're probably fine... If you record 1 million people and have 100 people to view them, most people aren't going or be paid attention to...

Seems it's your base information that you provide or whatever analytical information they can get I guess... If they are selling your information it's purely for profit I would assume.

It has something about tracking your eyes and stuff like that... So I don't think they really care so much about who you talk to and stuff.

it isnt basic info, its actually a full fledged out ID profile based on yourself, what you say and do, and what you do in other apps too. Right now, everything that you say can be recorded for some dark reasons and be sold to other third parties, until the fix this... or change.

could try out Resonite, someone is helping me atm getting my avatar into the game, and it is just...crazy! Like i saw someone spawn in a mech hop into it and walked off! Resonite has vehicals you can use anywhere! You can also save items you find in worlds and use them anywhere and all the servers are P2P, a player makes a server as the host, so something like what VRC is doing cant be done in Resonite.

I believe the furries and erp community is what keeps the game alive anymore, even if "tos" is broken just grab vrc+ for a get out of jail free card

I don't see anything wrong with someone wearing a furry avatar...

... I have seen people brag that VRC+ keeps them from getting banned and these trolls don't seem to get banned. Unfortunate.

I don't understand why they are doing this, This will give them more problems than it is worth!
As a EU citizen they cannot gather personal information about me unless it is relevant for the service they offer or if they have legal grounds for collecting this data.
As I am not a criminal they don't have a legal reason and their services do not require them to gather this info!
Also Non-EU based companies processing EU citizen's data need to appoint a representative in the EU, If they have not done this it will get them in big trouble!
We also have the right to request the data, have it removed and request who they are sharing this data with.

Anyway there are so many rules that I cannot understand why VRChat would even want to go into this legal mess, It will only hurt their company more and cost them ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ if they don't abide by EU laws

Uh... same thing in Resonite.

Difference is that ERP is okay there, but technically not with VRC. No subscriptions needed or questionable TOS, either.
