Where, This isnt usually the norm from my experience, unless you talk to the wrong person or... you made something very uncomfy

Pretty much, I wave, say hi, and everyone just.... ignores me. Though, I did get mugshotted by the police, what happen was stich sold me a donught, did not give me a reseat, so the police arrested me for stealing, mugshotted, then let me go good thing they did not find out about my minigun/razer sharp claws!

well, hi is a good start. However I would suggest to find people or place you have fun with and that you fancy, you get to them and play with them (game world are good for that, for example) building interest. even mute people can get attracted pretty quick when you there is a comfy ambient.

Its good to read the room to see if its worth it or not, better to find another room than having to handle things you do not like.
