how is easy anticheat going to help vrchat?

most modded clients are going to be banned. most qol features will be banned (assumed to be in development from the blog post) and that just kinda hurts the game overall. a good chunk of the community relys on mods to help the game perform better, make it look nicer than it actually is, and to make it far more comfortable than even before the new ui came out.

Yup they are going to block the FSR Performance enhancement too. You know the one thing that makes VRChat run smoother for everyone.

i missed this in the reports. this means that whoever has AMD hardware is no longer going to be able to play VRC. smart move. i want to find the guy who thought this was a good idea and demand my money back for every month i paid for VRC+

lets not forget that crasher avatars exist and VRC wont do anything against them this EAC wont stop that

You'll actually crash MORE because the crashers can easily get around the EAC but people with QOL mods can't. This just encourages more free-for-all crashing

totally agree , because crasher don't use mod for crashing people , everything is inside the avatar
also i know people say end of ripping avatar , well another bad news , ripping can be done without mod or anything special to vrchat client (i hate people who rip work from other)
