VRC made a deal with emmVRC for it's allowed use in return for access to VRC+ subscribers only, this made numbers boom as it was sanctioned by VRC. Now they've gone back on everything, brought out EAC and banned mod creators whilst also taking the modder's content and including it as "an update", effectively stealing people's hard work.
Members of the VRC team have even been caught using emmVRC, all proof is quickly getting eradicated by the team and people are getting banned just for saying it.
The reviews are just deserved, there are some sheep following the herd but the majority of negative reviewers are passionate about all this.
They pissed off the community and replied with smug messages, what is happening is the consequences of their actions.
The VRC team are making a desperate attempt to bring in mod content that it banned, just look at the last beta update notes.
What the VRC team have done, is now beyond mods, it is how they react and treat the VRC community, the people that make the content and fill the game.
This is all paving the way for VRC micro-transactions. The proof has been found and investigated. VRC is a high speed train going straight to the bank and it's passengers are getting as far away as they can.
But hey, if you wanna keep riding that train in first class and give them your money, be my guest. For over 7,700 hours I've been riding that train and experienced everything it had to offer, but with all this, I find myself getting off the next stop before VRC cashes in.
Good lol
VRC Didn't make them do anything. This is false.
They've never ever said modding wasn't against the TOS. They said they'll look the other way "for now" for non malicious mods once in the past.
Who was banned? So now complain about it being added. cool. Even though so many of those creators have been offering their code and ASKING them to use it. while at the same time some of them don't license them under an MIT open license so the developers couldn't use them if they wanted to. Hypocrites deserve to be banned imo.
Mad? Kidding, I know it was poorly done; They really should of brought the features they're working on now into the light BEFORE EAC. But they're being added nonetheless. OSC and Avatars 3.0 also can offer a lot of the functionality you think you need mods for.
Once again being a hypocrite. So.. do you not want it?
The game needs to pay back investors eventually. This is inevitable.
K bye. The community is only losing another bandwagoning hypocrite.
Blame everything and take everything with a grain of salt - Don't tell me what to do
