Error saving blueprint VrChat SDK
I keep getting this everytime i try to upload an avatar. I have the newest version of Unity and SDK and the avatar never fully uploads because of this error. I have tried detatching the blueprint ID, but it doesn't appear to help the issue. I have no clue what I'm doing wrong and would appreciate the help.

you can't use the newest version of unity. it has to be version 5.6.3p1

Is that not the newest version? My editor says exactly that. My Unity is that.

if you went to unity and downloaded the newest verson on the website, it would be version 2018.something. 5.6.3p1 is a couple years old, and needs to be downloaded from the archive
if you have the correct one for vrchat, i don't know. sorry

That's because this thread was made in 2018...
You need Unity 2017.4.28f1 since like december last year.
In any case, the right version should be available in the vrchat website anyway.

I've found a solution to this for all asking, all you have to do is go to your VRChat Avatar descriptor, then go to the pipeline manager and click Detach

It should be in between the animator and vrc avatar descriptor

When I detach the blueprint, and try to upload, it says: "Uh oh! Something went wrong. The signed in account does not have access to the blueprint associated with you VRC_Avatar(or Scene)Descriptor. Please sign in with the correct account or detach the Blueprint ID (accessible on the VRC_PipelineManager) associated with the descriptor." and then i close my prject, open it back up, log back in, and then it still have the blueprint that's attached to the avatar attached when i just bought this avatar.

Are you maybe a fan of necrophilia?
...You sign in with your mail, then click detach blueprint from pipeline manager, then upload.
...If it fails, try giving it your own ID, but change a few random numbers. If that fails, delete the pipeline manager then try to upload. If that fails, there's probably an item within the avatar that causes the problem, in which case you should pull out all the assets to some folder somewhere then restart Unity, then put them back in manually.
...If all this fails, I'd advice you contact the maker or join the VRChat Discord for help.
