Looking at your Steam profile, you have 10 hours of gameplay. Odds are you're still at Visitor rank. Go to VRChat.com and link your Steam account with a VRC account. With 10 hours, that might just put you into New User. But if not, you need to get more hours and friend more people in order to reach New User before being allowed to upload anything yourself.
Once that's dealt with, then comes making the avatar. A Minecraft avatar should be rather simple to make as it's just cubes. Odds are you can find an existing MC avatar and swap it's texture with your own if that avatar's UV mapping was setup to use MC textures. And if you can't find a prebuilt MC avatar, making one from scratch shouldn't be hard seeing how it is just a bunch of cubes. Minecraft animations would be harder to do though. But as said, finding a prebuilt MC avatar base with them should be easy to do.
Overall, you got some work to do but it should be rather easy as MC characters depending on the base are only texture swaps. Might not even need any work in a 3D editor (Blender) at all unless you want to add gimmicks and what not.
Unity work should also be rather simple, but you WILL need to install Unity, make an account on that, and figure out how to work it to do the upload itself.
And now comes the part where I offer to do the work for you, as a commission.
As said, depending on the base avatar it should be easy and quick plus be on the cheaper side for a straight upload. Can also offer to give it some custom flare or add a number of gimmicks if you want, as extra services at an additional cost. Cross platform support I consider standard and comes at no extra charge.
It all depends on the details.
